Green coconut chutney with Dhaniya leaves


Green Coconut Chutney

Ingredients

To grind
A handful Coriander leaves with a stocks washed and cleaned 
1 tablespoon peanut
2-3 garlic cloves
3/4 cup grated coconut
1 green chilli or to taste
salt to taste
water as required

For seasoning 
oil 2-3 teaspoon
1 teaspoon urad dal
1/2 teapoon mustard seeds
5-7 curry leaves

Method

Take all the ingredients in the to grind list and grind into a nice paste, using little water at a time.

pour the chutney into a container, you could use it as it is right now or you can choose to season it.
To season heat oil in a small pan put in mustard seeds once it finishes popping add in the urad dal and when slightly fried to golden brown add in the curry leaves and take off heat. Pour the seasoning onto the chutney. Mix and use with idli or dosa.
