Ingredients

prawns 15-20 shelled and de veined
1 big onion sliced
1 medium tomato chopped
1 capsicum sliced
tomato ketchup 1 tablespoon
soya sauce 1 teaspoon
4 spring onion chopped (optional)
2 tablespoon refined oil

For Masala

2 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric/haldi powder
salt to taste
vinegar 2-3 tablespoon

Method

Mix all the masala ingredients together and make a paste not too runny nor too thick, marinate the prawns and keep aside for about 10-15 minutes or longer.



Heat oil in a fry pan, then add onions and fry until they turn pale, then add the tomato and fry until its mushy then add capsicum just fry for 2 minutes don't let them go limp, now toss in the marinated prawns and fry on high heat when the prawn has turned a little white add in the ketchup and soya sauce. fry for another 2 minutes. taste and adjust the salt and sweetness according to your taste. Now add spring onions and fry for another minute then serve.
